Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with engineers to conduct production shopfloor studies on Smart Lean initiatives
  • Support the application and implementation of industry best practices to improve processes
  • Analyse internal data to generate insights and support process improvement
  • Develop process understanding and expertise in a medical device manufacturing environment
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across operations
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field
  • Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or Lean methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn in a shopfloor environment
